IXSEER Return Policy
IXSEER values your satisfaction and offers a flexible return policy for your convenience. We accept returns for eligible products within Seven (7) days from the date of shipment receipt. To identify products eligible for return, look for the “Enjoy hassle-free returns with this offer” tag under the offer details. Please note that products not meeting the eligibility criteria cannot be returned under any circumstances. A returned product will only be considered accepted for return after you receive notification confirming its eligibility.
Returning a product is easy, but please keep in mind that it might take up to one week for your returned product to reach our fulfillment center, depending on your location. Once the item arrives at our center, please allow up to two (2) business days for us to process the return. After processing, it may take between seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days for the refund to be credited to your credit card or IXSEER wallet, depending on your original payment method. The refund amount is contingent on the condition of the returned product.

- Please place your returned goods in their original packaging.
- Item should not be opened/unsealed or used.
- Please make sure that labels or tags are not removed.
- Packaging and boxes must not be damaged or tampered.
- Once the item is received a store credit may be issued within 3 business days depending on the outcome determined by our Quality Control department.
- Items that are sourced from our offshore warehouse or supplier may not be possible to return or you may need to pay for the shipping back to the offshore warehouse and a re-stocking fee may also apply.
- You will need to contact us as shown below, however, we have a list of some products that cannot be returned – click here to view which products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

– If the product has been used, the original box was opened, or the seal was broken, a refund cannot be processed unless there is a manufacturing defect.
– In the case of a manufacturing defect, not only should the product be returned, but also the original box, information booklet, and all accompanying accessories.
2. Wholesale Items, Bulk Items, and Special Products:
– Wholesale items, bulk items, and special products are considered non-refundable. Given their unique nature, volume, and special procurement processes, returns and refunds cannot be accommodated for these categories.

This means that once you place an order for these specific products, we are unable to process a refund or accept returns, as the nature of these items involves intricate procurement and delivery processes.
These products are typically sourced from specialized suppliers, and the procurement involves detailed coordination and arrangements. Due to their size, weight, and complexity, their handling and transportation require specific logistics and careful execution.
Moreover, once an order for Heavy Equipment, Industrial Machinery, Building materials, or Large Products is placed with our supplier, it often triggers a series of actions, including custom manufacturing or preparation, shipping, and delivery scheduling. These processes are tailored to meet the specific requirements of each order and ensure that the product reaches you in optimal condition and meets all the necessary standards.

6. Building Materials:
– Building materials, including aggregates, cements, building blocks, tiles, and bulk-format products, are non-refundable.
7. Home & Kitchen:
– Furniture and large home appliances are non-returnable due to their size and nature.
– Home decor products can be returned, provided they are unopened, free from any damage, and in their original packaging.
– Unwrapped bedding products will not be accepted for return.
– Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed will not be accepted, unless there is a defect.
8. Automotive:
– To successfully return automotive products, they should be in their original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
– If the product has been used, the original box was opened, or the seal was broken, a refund can only be processed in the case of a manufacturing defect.
– In the event of a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must be returned.
9. Tools & Home Improvement:
– Items within this category should be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.).
– Any used or damaged item will not be accepted for return.
10. Beauty and Health:
– It’s important to note that specific items, such as hair and personal care products, vitamins, dietary supplements, and sports nutrition products, are not eligible for return.
– Beauty products like cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, and health items that have been opened or used cannot be accepted for return.
11. Fashion:
– Within the fashion category, there are items like underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bras, socks, and tights, which are non-returnable.
– Apparel products can be returned, but only if they are in unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition, with all labels and tags intact and in their original packaging.
– Footwear, eyewear, watches, bags, and luggage should also be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
12. Sports & Outdoors:
– Products within this category are eligible for return as long as they are unused and still in their original packaging.
13. Toys & Games:
– Dressing up costumes cannot be returned.
– Toys and games that have been used, activated, or are missing parts will not be accepted for return.
14. Baby Products:
– Items such as hygiene-related products, feeding and training accessories, diapers, bath care, and medical treatment products are not returnable.
– Baby products eligible for return must be in their original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
15. Pet Supplies:
– Products in this category that are eligible for return should be unused and in their original packaging. They must be in the same condition as when you received them.
– Perishable goods, such as food treats and supplements, cannot be returned.
16. Stationery & Office Supplies:
– To process a return in this category, the item must be in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.).
– Any used or damaged item will not be accepted for return.
In addition to these specific conditions, we reserve the right to return a product to you if it does not meet our guidelines or conditions. You will not be entitled to a refund if the product is not eligible for return. If a product is declined for a return request at any stage, we will make two (2) attempts to deliver the product back to you. If both delivery attempts are unsuccessful, we will hold the product for three (3) business days in our delivery hub. You can request another delivery attempt with our customer care team within three (3) business days after the last notified attempt. If we receive a request for another attempt within that time frame, we can arrange the last attempt for delivery within two (2) business days. Otherwise, the item will be sent for liquidation, and you will not be able to request delivery of the product again.
Exchange Terms:
In the event that you wish to exchange a product, kindly note the following terms:

Shipping Return Costs:
